From a gender perspective, this phenomenon reflects structural inequality that places women in a subordinate position due to the dominance of patriarchal culture. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-juridical and literature study approach to examine early marriage as a manifestation of systemic gender injustice. The findings reveal that sociocultural norms, narrow religious interpretations, and economic pressures are the main drivers of this practice. Its consequences include domestic violence, high divorce rates, reproductive and psychological health issues, and intergenerational poverty. Efforts to address child marriage must be interdisciplinary, involving gender-responsive education, women's economic empowerment, and the active role of civil society organizations. An eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when the shadow of an object is blocked by another object. Eclipses are divided into two types, namely lunar eclipses and solar eclipses. a lunar eclipse is a natural phenomenon where this event occurs when the darkest part of the Sun's circle covers the moon's light, the second is a solar eclipse which is a natural phenomenon that occurs when the Moon's shadow covers the Sun, so that the entire light does not touch the surface of the Earth and causes the Earth to become does not receive light from the Sun. The focus of the research includes the implementation of the tradition of lunar eclipses and penumbral solar eclipses among religious and community leaders as well as a legal review of these traditions. The method used by this research is empirical research with a sociological juridical approach using two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. And the researcher used three techniques for collecting this data, namely observation, interviews and documentation.
