Strategi Dakwah Habib Muhammad Taufiq al-Djufri melalui Kaderisasi Da’i

Abstract

Habib Muhammad Taufiq bin Musthofa al-Jufri made efforts to develop da'wah by using a da'wah strategy through da'i cadre formation. For him, holding a cadre formation is a must for his students. Integration in the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has various Islamic boarding school curricula that lead to a cadre formation process that can develop and hone the ability to preach. This article tries to dig deeper into how the construction and implementation of Habib Muhammad Taufiq al-Djufri's da'wah through da'i cadre formation. With a qualitative approach and descriptive type, it is considered the most relevant research method to explore and describe the cadre formation phenomenon that occurs at the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. The result is that Habib Muhammad Taufiq al-Jufri's da'wah strategy is to carry out da'i construction, namely instilling Learning to know (learning to know), learning to do (learning to do), learning to be (learning to become), and learning to live together (learning to live together). Meanwhile, the implementation of da'i cadreship is through the practice of teaching TABA (Tajwid and Foreign Languages).
